We have Melco Design Shop 9. No problem until this week. When I open a lettering file to edit. It opens ok but when I try to edit it - the program closes. I can open a saved image design and it opens just fine. But not able to edit Anything. Suggestions please.

Hi! Did you ever solve your problem? I have the same problem, I have to close Design Shop and reopen it to see the designs again. I have to do that for just about every 2nd design I open. Very frustrating and time consuming.
